Ok right now I am running a G5X-3 cam on a 112 LSA, PP stage II LS6 heads with 59cc chambers for about 11.3:1 comp ratio. Timing is at a steady 28* at WOT as per ATAP. TR6 plugs (I use to spray before the H/C setup). Walbro intank pump. 443 rwhp N/A. Question is...

I have hooked my wet kit back up to this combo as well. I was going to change the plugs over to TR55's this weekend to try and get a little hotter spark, because the car seems to be just a tad rich and I think I would benifit from the hotter spark. Would it be ok to spray a 75 shot with the TR55's, and 28* or am I flirting with disaster? I used to spray a 125 shot with the TR6's when I had the stock internals, but I have not sprayed at all yet since installing the H/C. I only want to spray a 75 shot on my H/C setup nothing more.

If you guys do not feel it is safe please let me know what you would do. I was thinking about a ramchargers timing tuner unit, but I'm not too sure if 28* is too much for the 75 shot?????? I will only be spraying at the track so I suppose race gas is an option too, as opposed to the timing tuner... Then I am also stuck with the spark plug delima. Are TR55's going to be ok for a 75 shot, or should I just get some fresh TR6's? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I went TR6's as soon as I bought my car....Personally what's 1 or 2 HP when your driving N/A to know ur not going to detonate and blow something......JMO

Ture...I think I just might get fresh ones. How about timing will I be ok with a 75 shot at 28*?
