Yes there is, but it could be disconnected to disable the auto headlights.

Thanks bro, is the wires for this in the console or is it in the rear rotors . I have a bird no a Camaro but i had both of those pieces removed.

Honestly, I think that the blue connector on your DRL module is unplugged. Its behind the radio. This will make your E brake light non functional.
