Default 04 LS1 GTO Wiring in 51 Pickup

I know there is all kinds of Forums on wiring. I just have some quick questions.

If I have an 04 GTO LS1 engine with TR606 trans from a 2011 camaro.

What do I need to have for the engine to work with this trans?'

Dont know much about the TR6060 trans as far as sensors?( a little help would be nice here)

Besides basic engine sensors and fuel injection sensors. What other sensors need to be in the wiring harness to make this engine run.

Is the 2004 GTO harness the same as the 1999-2002 Fbody cars? Any help would be nice. Thanks guys

I am using the 6060 as well. The flywheel, clutch, hydraulic throwout, and pilot bearing need to be for the Camaro with the 6060. That said you can get all types of clutches for that car. I am using a stock LS7 clutch.
Trans hookup - There is a temp sensor (low rear) that I am not using. The VSS (speed out on tail shaft) is good to hook up for drive-ability, and if you want to use an electric speedo. The reverse lockout can be computer driven to not allow reverse except at low speeds, or can be wired to the brake switch to only allow reverse when brakes are on. The reverse light switch is just like all transmissions. If you have a harness for an automatic it will have everything but the reverse lockout.
As far as the engine, you need the the ones on the engine itself - knock sensors, O2s(at least fronts), MAF(or you can tune it out), Water Temp, Throttle body, cam position, ect

I did get the clutch, flywheel and everything else from the 2011 camaro. The TR6060 doesn't need an ECU does it? The 04 GTO engine I have came with an auto wiring harness so that is quite different. What are people doing to get the alternator and AC compressor up for clearance?

The GTO harness is slightly different because it uses a Green/Blue PCM which has PWM O2 Sensor heaters and extra grounds in the harness when compared to the 99-02 F-Body harness. As stated above, the VSS and Reverse Lockout would be considered required by most for proper operation.
