First Startup...for the third time...
Here's a couple vid's from yesterday. First start up on my third rebuild lol. First time was for my head/cam, second was when I had to replace the rotating assembly for spun bearings, and this time for bad piston rings. My old setup was a Pat G 235/243 .621 .621 111+4, PRC LS6 heads milled to 60cc, FAST 90/90, Diamond -2.2cc pistons, Eagle rods, Pacesetter 1 3/4 headers, Flowmaster merge 3in into 4in out to 4 in cutout back to 3in into a hooker catback.
Also a M6 and Moser 9in rearend with 3.89 gears.
This time around I changed to Wiseco -3.2 pistons, FAST 102/102, FTP 104 lid, and Kooks 1 7/8 headers, Kooks y-pipe 3in to 4in.
In the vid it's dumping out the Kook's y-pipe, need to weld the rest of the exhaust up.
I still need to break the motor in, just started to see if it would run. And I'm chasing down a headlight motor issue, before that can happen.
And don't mind my wife...she wasn't as excited as I was and got bored lol.
