A couple times now going down the road the radio shuts off but will turn back on.. And at same time power windows dont work. any ideas?

possibly the body control module, there is a piece in it that the solder isnt that well on an burns up, Resolder it. I believe thats what i done on my old 99 trans am i had

Welcome to the site. Before posting, you should read all of the stickies in each section and do a search. Odds are your problem has been solved before.

This is a very common issue and is detailed in the sticky labled "General Maintenance & Repairs FAQ -- PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING THREAD" towards the bottom of the list.

At the shop I replace the BCM. If its your car there are joints you can re solder. Like wssix99 said, check the stickies on it....
