ASR engaged after button is pushed to disengage

ASR engaged after button is pushed to disengage got my tranny rebuilt and when i first went and drove it worked fine...what it does is i put it in manual low and have ASR off and i start to power brake and as soon as the tires slip it shifts into 2nd like the ASR is on...any ideas? just doesnt make sense that the first time i drove it it did a burnout just fine and now that i added more fluid and sat for a couple days its doing that now
