Default Angry Bird 2 (The Angrier Bird) GT91 build

Well guys I took the plunge and sold off my procharger to go turbo. Let the critics come out!! Lol..... anyway Im bought a GT91 and will be starting fab work next week... well finishing... I have already started. I decided to make the change after watching too many turbo Ls videos and it didnt help that my can was down because of belt issues after my truck alternator install. I was slimply tired of taking the blower up and down up and down when before I had a procharger a drive belt was a simple 3 min job!! The last straw was i slung the drive belt off and shredded it and that left me stranded one night after work. The procharger went up for sale later that night.....

I keep wondering why everyone that had done a procharger later goes turbo. Then BAM!! Another one. Hell yes. Keep us updated.

I would suggest making a solid mount for the turbo, place it where you want it, then build off it to the manifolds. It looks like a good start.

That's a huge turbo for 800-900whp. Why didn't you use a 76? On an 80?? Easier packaging, faster spool, probably cheaper.

And maybe its the camera angle....but it really looks like one of the manifold runners is pointing upstream. Am I seeing that right?

ya, about those manifolds, if your spending all of this money on a turbo why not just go ahead and buy a good set of forward headers? better to do it right then rush it

Im not saying that all I want is 800-900... I want as much hp as possible! I know that capabilities of that turbo..... Until I get some better heads all I need is about 900 hp. I was thinking about the future.
