If fuel pressure is good at idle and WOT, then I doubt there is a failing pump. If the engine is stock or near stock, then volume output of the stock pump should be plenty.

The O2 readings seem a little rich at WOT. What are the LTFTs during this? How is timing/KR?

If the engine continues to rev properly to redline, but acceleration seems to drop off when it shouldn't, there may be other drivetrain issues causing the power loss at the wheels (such as slipping clutch, or trans if auto, etc.)
