Are front 02 sensors needed on SD tune?
I know its probably a stupid question but I am at my last stages of fabing everything up and it's not the easiest to remove to add stuff. I will be tuning myself with HPTuners.
Simple question (I searched), are front 02's needed when going SD tune?

Speed density, in and of itself, simply means there is no Mass Air Flow sensor in the equation, but a closed loop SD tune will still use the front O2 sensors. You can tune it OPEN LOOP speed density and not run front O2 sensors as well.

Trimming (LTFT and STFT) uses the front O2 sensors.
You can run SD with trimming (CL/LTFT/STFT or CL/STFT or OL/STFT see below) or without trimming (OL).
But when tuning you want to disable trimming (LTFT and STFT).
When you tune in OL, watch out that STFT are also disabled (otherwise you will get STFT trimming on any stoich cells in the OLFA table), this is sometimes overlooked.
