Replaced 34lb bosch injectors with 36lb type, now car seems to be running lean.
Well, I bought some remanufactured 36lb injectors off ebay. I replaced my current 34lb bosch injectors, because one was leaking. At any rate, I called the company, and the guy assured me the two pound difference wasn't a big deal, because, he said, the ecm can only read a difference of four lbs or more. I just installed the damn things, and my AFR gauge started reading very lean, around 20.5. Now, I will say I did NOT let the car warm up. I saw how lean it was and just shut it off. Should I have the tune modified, or will the ecm correct for it eventually?
Any thoughts are appreciated!
Thanks!

Bad idea mix matching injectors, the computer only controls fuel per bank, not per cylinder. Even when using the o2 sensors to control AFR it will not treat the other cylinders differently and you will always be running those slightly lean or slightly rich on the 2 you replaced.

Even different brand/type injectors at the same flow rate can require different electric signals to provide the same amount of fuel.
Also some injectors are rated at (x)#/hr and tested at (y)psi while another injector rated at (x)lb/hr was tested at (y+n)psi so the second injector is actually (x-z)lb/hr at (y)psi
My Ford 42 lb/hr injectors flow more like 49 or 50 at LS1 pressure (58psi) AND require drastically different injector data table values.

not a good idea to buy off ebay. we have seen lots of chinese injectors that actually end up failing recently.
you can fix your injectors pretty cheaply, I suggest Fuel injector connection (sponsor on here).
the PCM has to be tuned for them.

I appreciate the input guys, let me clarify a few things. I replaced all 8 injectors. They were cheap enough, so i just figured i'd get them all out of the way. These are remanufactured, bosch injectors. They say ford on them. I guess the main thing I'm wondering is, do I need to have the tune changed?
Here's a link to the injectors I bought.

The ones I replaced are bosch part # 0280155737

In my experience, their Offset (latency) is much higher than GM factory 28.8# injectors...they therefore run lean even with the base Injector Flow Rate table recalibrated. You have to recalibrate the Offset table as well as the Short Pulse Adder table to get them dialed in.
