Default help 2000 ls1

Recently did a cam swap and now I got missing and smoke when under load runs fine a idle I checked the coils they are all good but I have one oil soaked plug

But id like to know the cause of the oil soaked plug and I will try leak down test but will that tell me if the problem is in the head or baf rings

You really think so it smokes at all rpm and is missing

at first I was only thinking broken rings,but a bad seal makes more sense after a spring change.remove valve covers and inspect the springs and seals of the fouled plug cylinder .a valve stem seal mite have come loose and is not sealing the oil from the valve guide.
