Default My Final Turbo Build Setup.

MY Turbo Build Coming this Winter.

Front Mount Turbo Setup with A/C.


With all items

Turbonetics T7868
Turbosmart 38mm Wastegate w/ 14psi Spring
Tail 50mm Q BOV
Walbro 255L Fuel Pump Kit
Oil Feed & Return Lines w/ Catch Can are from WS6 Store.com
Design Engineering - Exhuast Wraps

Im trying to find a good Boost Controller, Boost Gauge, & Fuel Injections around 50Ibs .

i will like to see people Turbo Engine Bay pictures that have a similiar exhuast setup, known as the ebay hotside kit. thanks

Your gonna need bigger injectors than 50s if your running 14psi off the wastegate.
Go with 60s or jump straight to 80s and be done , close to same price and much more headroom.

Hope the bottom end is forged ? 15 psi should be good for 650 plus at the wheels.

sry, im going to be pushing 8psi for now, the wastegate has a spring that 14psi

As Johnv recommended just get the 80's and you'll be done with them. They will tune just as easy as the 50's would. And in that same price range. Make sure to get high impedance if stock computer. Will fry computer if you get low impedance ones without the converter to do it.

You may need more fuel pump... go with a bosch 044

FWIW I'd go with a Precision 7875 over the TC78. The 68mm turbine wheel isn't a great match for our cubes. It will still make good power of course.

i also need help with the brakes . cause the mainfold with the front mount turbo setup. it looks like the mainfold with a V band to the turbo looks likes is going to hit Brake Module in my car. what should i do

all the installing and labor is being done by me, so saving alot of money on labor
