I've searched and haven't had any luck with what I'm looking for.

Can anyone direct or link me to a comprehensive list of parts and their part numbers needed to do a 5.3l cam swap out? I know, maybe I'm asking for alot but it sure would be helpful.

I'm pulling the heads and intake only to change the lifters and trays. Of course while the heads are off, I'm going to have them freshened up with a 5 angle valve job and the GM pn seat/seal assemblies and springs for the new mild performance smog compliant cam I want to install.

A list of all incidentals, bolts, seals, gaskets, etc. would be great if someone can provide one.

TSP should have a cam/head gasket kit, should be everything you really need. Other than that, pushrods, and maybe oil pump or timing chain.
