So i get a call a couple weekends ago from a friend of mine saying. "Hey man, i have this guy who wants to race you car." So im like, ok sure whatever. Ill race anyone, even if i know im going to lose. I dont talk **** about people or peoples cars, cuz i know one day, someone out there will put the hurting on me.. someone is always faster than you... anyway. This guy has a 2004 WRX STi. This dude lives 1.5 hours away from me in a different city...keep in mind. He was telling my buddy that "Theres no one in that town that can beat my car" It has to have at least 600rwhp, and im gonna stomp that trans am" im just like, ill race him, i dont care. He may have a legit built STi thatll whoop my ***. but if he wants to drive 1.5 hours to race me...go for it. so we meet up in our local spot and we get to talking. attitude totally changed when he pulled up and seen my car and started talking to me. hes pretty cool with me and i start asking him questions about his car. Now, i will admit, i do not know much about those STi's. all i kno is that they do have the potential to be fast and being AWD, i knew hed wanna run from a dig... but anyway. from waht he told me. the previous owner of the car supposedly rebuilt the bottom end of the car, had the stock turbo rebuilt with differnet internals and his tune was "off". i really dont even remember being able to hear the turbo or if it had exhaust. i know it didnt have headers, cuz i looked. n e way... heres the out come of the races...it was all for fun. but guys who talk a lot of smack crack me up lol.. o and hes owned the car for 2 weeks at the time so i think it was "the new car" feeling that made him feel like it was super fast... i dunno..

That's what I was thinking, but the front bumper is in fact an STi front bumper. But, why is it that people buy a car and start calling out other ridiculously fast cars? I mean when I bought my car I would make a lot of callouts, but only to cars I am somewhat close to.

im not sure if it was a legit STi, i dont know enough about them to know. it was debadged, so its hard telling. kinda hard to see a car thats behind you the whole time lol
