conversion wiring help I have standalone harness and Ecu that was made for a ls1/4l60e.my car has a th350 tranny. Can I just leave the 4l60e wiring undone and it work or will I have to have the Ecu reflashed to a manual tranny or something.

PCM should be retuned for a manual transmission. You can leave the 4L60e portion of the harness in place and not use it.
