hey guys, first post here. there are some killer cars on this site. and some people with a hell of alot of talent. i've got an 01 camaro 3.8/t5. i'm running a grand national turbo .63 exhaust a/r .60 compressor. i got a pretty good deal on some higher ratio rocker arms. they are staggered 1.9 and and 1.7's i believe. i was wondering if anybody here upgraded just their rockers(no cam) in a turbo setup. i was going to keep the stock cam and run the 1.9's on the exhaust side. 1.7 on intake. any comments or opinions?

I would post this on turbobuick.com They have a section for the series 2 3800 engines and LOTS of good info.

i'm a member there and i had posted this there a while back never got a response.
did a little research. the stock cam lobe lift is (i)255 (e)258

that makes .408/.413 with 1.6 rockers valve lift.

cam lift
.485/.490 with 1.9 rockers
.459/.464 with 1.8 rockers
.434/.439 with 1.7 rockers
so mine would be .490/.459 or .434. not sure if its 1.8 or 1.7 on the smaller.
