We met up today to see where I'm really at. SRZ's G8 made like 410whp. With me being on 8psi I thought it would make a good run.

We lined up from a 55 roll, I brake boosted and we hit it even. I stuck next to him for awhile but when he shifted up a gear he took off about a car pretty quickly and stayed there again. We strung it out to about 135mph and I managed to keep him within ~1.5 cars.

My setup is still sort of conservative 8 psi, high 10s AFR and around 16 degrees of timing. I'm ready to make more power, just hesitant because it's still the stock transmission.

LOL i was actually just about to ask him if you guys were going to race anytime soon. He just took out that E55 last night so Id say the regal is running well. I assume that has the same transmission as the GPs. Friend of mine who tackled the turbo setup got to about 12psi before the trans **** the bed. I was gonna come up saturday to run him but the weather looks to have screwed that up yet again..

Speaking of no videos, what happened to all if your old racing videos SRZ? I tried to show a buddy of mine that just picked up a G8 GT how potent they can be with a shot, but all of your old videos look like they were deleted.

didn't that car trap 111 or something before the cam? i'd guess it is certainly a sleeper and runs very well. do you do your own tuning?

I still get my races in, I just don't have to hear the crap after. I'm not referring to my threads either, just in general.

My best was 110.7 mph before the cam. My best on motor after the bigger tires and nitrous tune was somewhere in the 109 range. I'm hoping it goes 113 mph now.

Definitely understandable. Some days I think about doing the same thing. I get sick of getting multiple emails everyday with another YouTube comment where people are bitching about the video, or the race. Some people...

Yeah, daily driver. When I first started it I was nervous about driveability, hearig how lopey it is. I'm very happy with how it drives though, and have no issues so far.
