5.3 swap in a k5 blazer, Fuel delivery questions
04 5.3 truck with all truck parts still on.
1991 k5 blazer TBI
I was going to order the MSD pump, and vette style regulator, but the donor motor has a return line at the motor. The blazer was originally TBI so the hardlines are there for the return line
Do I need a regular or is it regulated at the fuel rail?
Can I cap off the return, and just run the vette filter/regulator?

swap tbi pump for 96-97 c3500 5.7 truck pump . direct fit to 91 blazer sender and plug in to wireing.
if ls motor has 2 lines just use that way and skip vette reg/filter and the work to make it fit.
filter you have will work for the psi . used same filter on tbi and newer.
just adapt lines over to your needs to clip in to ls motor .
and if you havent check us out at www.ck5.com . lots of guys there with 73-87-91 specific ls swap stuff these days. same screen name there for me.
i do here tho for the super info on ls stuff.
