Default Fedex stopped bye (Update!)

Finally here, was actually a bit "giddy" to get this stuff in. Can't wait to get started tomorrow! (if weather permits)

And of course I forgot the backing plate >_< so going to try to find one locally, anyone have some advice?

Yeah I wouldn't wanna see your bill, get what you pay for!
- Bigfoot? dafuq? >_>

Yup! Unfortunately my PC 7424 didn't come with a back plate and i'm still waiting on another 100$ from Autopia before I can do anything. Picked up a few other things as well cause I don't want to forget something else and that shipping bite me in the butt.

- Grit Guard
- 100x Black Nitrate Gloves
- Lake county 5in flexible backing plate
- Cobra Microfiber kit (10)

so add that to what I already got >_>

Lets just say I could have bought a fully built FLT trans for the truck instead lol!

Rupes Bigfoot....new DA....gonna be epic. Got to play with it a week ago. On the list for the first shipment of US production versions. This DA wipes the floor with every other one on the market.

Rupes isn't anything special, I heard about it from SEMA and thought as much. This guy even did a comparison. I'll stick with my flex..

I have no experience with any of this stuff... but that was a complete and utter FAIL of a comparison. with any experiment where you are trying to compare one thing to another, ALL variables should be equal outside of the one thing you are comparing. his experiments results are useless..

use the same pads and same products, and see which takes longer/more effort to achieve the same results, then you'll have a comparison worth posting

Have you USED IT?? Sorry but I have and its the best DA I've ever used, so perfectly balanced, much quieter, great cutting ability.

Also a real comparison test would be with the same products...that comparison was useless.

So you would limit yourself by using whatever the other polisher can use compared to the flex that can use more and be pushed further? I guess they should also limit the flex to a slower speed as well just because bigfoot can't go higher? lol Flex is 900 watt, bigfoot is 500 watt. It would obviously seem the flex has a deeper more aggressive cutting ability just from the power alone..

Its not a limitation. You shouldn't be using the Flex on its highest speed anyway. Cutting power isn't based on speed or watts, its stroke, the pad, the compound/polish, pressure, etc.

You can believe whatever you want. I know both tools, and the Big Foot is the best DA out there. There are about 40 other pro detailers on the list with me to get one after using it. That should tell you something. If not, well then good luck to ya.
