Hey Danny, I've had several slp ones and never had one fail. I just left them on the cars when I sold them so I always had to buy another.
I've got an slp one installed right now on my brothers T/A and works good, you can come and test it anytime. Brake lines that come with it are per bent and looks good.

Not trying to jack the thread, but is there a write up somewhere on how to install the SLP line lock? I haven't seen one.

i have an slp also. always works great. as for the write up to install one, if you buy the kit it only goes together one way. i dont remember if it even came with instructions.

i have the SLP, no issues with use. only issue i had was on install, i got air in my ABS block and had to take it to the stealership to get it bled because you need a tech2 to cycle the solenoids. but that was my fault for taking my sweet time hooking it up.

and to whoever was looking for the instructions: http://www.slponline.com/inst/24049.pdf

SJM Manufacturing makes a nice one that has all the parts for the install and instructions. It comes with the pre-bent lines also. Steve has great customer service.

SLP LINE LOCK INFO

I uesd 11-12 years, still works great, when applied my front tires have never moved

IS hole behind pcm , but I drill hole beside steering colum also ( drill from inside out ) put a peace of rubber hose in hole ran wire inside hose, then use same type wire wrap as GM,I also mounted switch in ash tray
I have used this unit for 11-12 years with NO problems ( well yes one problem :::SLICK tires )

PS ::Connect brake line to master cyl and line lock ,the second line which goes to ABS block start it but leave it loose, remove cap from master cyl and let the lines grivity bleed watch the loose connection untill all air is out and run pure fluid ( may shake the line a little to help bleed ( REMEMBER BRAKE FLUID WILL REMOVE PAINT
I placed plastic sheet over fender)if does not gravity bleed blow into master cyl and have some one watch for fluid at ABS block >>>THIS way you do not have to bleed the brakes from under car- I had no problem of any kind
Sorry for the long post, hope it helps

Good luck, Have fun Johnny
