Default Misfiring really bad

I posted this in a diffrent thread but maybe ill get more of a response here. Anywhere from 55-100% throttle it misfires really bad and this came up out of nowhere. Ive Changed the plugs, Checked the wires, Checked the coilpacks, Checked The grounds and Nothing seems to fix it Ive also made sure the fuel filter didnt have trash. It's a aeromotive a1000 with the stock fuel regulator and fuel rails. I ran a flow test when the car was ideling and it had 74 psi. I got it tuned because i figured it was because it was untuned but afterwards we figured out it was somthing other than not being tuned. It does it with the MAF on and in speed density which is what its in now. Does anyone have a anyother ideas??
