Default grinding/rubbing noise from rear

Everytime I turn semi-sharp or when i loose traction and slide to the left I get this noise from the rear. Sounds close to the rear passenger tire. Anyone know what it is? I did have a loose sway bar if it could be anything to do with it.

To me it sounds like one of the bushings somewhere. Just due to how close it seems, check the upper shock mount. The rubber isolators are fairly small and can degrade over time or get squished if over-torqued. That's just a guess though.

Do you have the heater hose spring mod on your car? You could check the top of the springs too.

Bump stops? or tires rubbing on quarter panels?
