Question Shims Safe for Lifter PreLoad?

Are using shims a safe and durable way to get the correct lifter
pre-load?

I know little about this - so any info will help!

Yes they are most deffinatly safe it is the best way to get the proper preload on your lifters.

it may be safe...but the BEST way is to use adjustable rockers
