Default royal purple rear end fluid

I have a 2001 z28 and was wondering if royal purple Synthetic was worth getting for the rear end. Also will I need the limited slip additive with that. I remember vaguely seeing somewhere that it was already in royal purple.

Or if I put castrol limited slip fluid, should I still add the additive?

I put royal purple + 2 oz of friction modifier in my diff and it took away alot of the clunking my diff had. We also have 2 different rear ends so idk

I had to rebuild the entire rear after adding RP. Not blaming RP at all, just wouldnt say its worth the extra money. Ive been using the cheapest crap I could find since my rebuild and its been doing just fine.

New bearings, seals, axles, and 4.10 ring and pinion; all on 265,000+ miles
