Default My 2000 Camaro, Targa Top

I have been around on tech for along time, just never posted up, many people know my car. I figured it time to post up about it.














Comp Cam 288 .586
243 heads
36LBS injectors
PP 96mm intake ported to 102mm
102mm fast Tb
aluminum fuel rails
Fast Toys 90mm air lid
90mm mas air
K&N air filter
LS2 Coil packs
MSD plug wires
Race tronics 255 fuel pump with true 12v
Egr, oxgen and smog pump deleted from ecu and removed from car
pvc system catch can

Tick Stage 2 T56
Monster Level 3 clutch
B&M Short Throw Shifter

7/8 Stainless Steal Long tube headers
true duels with X pipe
one chambers going into CME not a 6LE, I made it the muflers and X pipe

Exterior:
Targa Top Coversion
19''x 12'' and 18'' 9.5'' C6 Z06 wheels
CME valance with Stainless steal tip
Rear berger pannal
stainless steal rear camaro fill-ins
1969 Camaro emblems
Grand Sport Strips

Looks good! what did you do for a top? or dose it not go out in the rain? have any pics of it with the top on if you have one?

Good, Thats what I was thinking, The car does have a top and I drive in the rain if I want but the only time it see's rain if I get caught in it. I dont have any windshiled wipers on the car. I made the top from the old top that was on the car, it was a hard top car about 10 years ago.

pics with the top on it, I will post some more with the top on when I find them.

Nice, you ever been to the F-Body gathering in Atlanta held each year, its in early spring. Your car would fit in nicely there. Well done, kudos.

Thanks, yeah I was at G9, G10 and G11, my car wasnt at the point it is now but it did have the targa top. I was going to try and make it to the last one but my car wasnt ready. I will be there next year!

Thanks I am proud, I tried to build a clean car, all the work that have been done on this car I have done my self. The paint, motor work, roll cage, targa top, hand built exhaust, mufflers, CME and etc. I hope to get it put into a magazine one day soon with just a little bit more work.

I love your cme. It makes me want to get rid of my stock slp cme and get one like that. Sadly I probably don't have the skills to make one that nice.

Thanks, there is a couple of places that sell a CME that looks close to mine.

Thanks, yeah the 10 spokes has a clean look on it, Im not sure on the Hp, Im about to do a tune on the dyno, its never been on the dyno, when I do I will post up!
