Right now I'm gathering parts for a LQ9 build and wanted some cam and injector input for the following set up:

LQ9 Engine
L92 Heads
LS3 Intake
92mm TB
ASP UD Pulley
Cam???
Injectors???

I know most will say talk to Pat but I'd like to know what you guys thought first. How much power do you think this combo would produce?

What kind of intentions do you have for the build, and what vehicle will everything be going into? If you give us some details it will help everyone better direct you on what will work best for your specific application.

I'm installing it into a 1983 BMW 5 series mated to a T56. My intentions are to get as much out of the LQ9 using various bolt on stock engine components (ie L92 heads and LS3 intake). I don't have enough in my budget to bore, stroke or port. Of course it will have custom headers and exhaust. It will see 90% street use and 10% HPDE track use. I'd like to be in the 400hp range but I don't think I will get there with this combo without doing engine and head work.

Any advice regarding what cam would be ideal with this setup?
