Default LS2 block repair?

Alright so i picked up a LS2 block for 60 bucks including the rotating assembly. It threw 2 rods henceforth 2 holes in the block. So cam the block be repaired? Or scrap it and keep piston heads, crank, cam and the rest?

If the block can still be used who can i send it to? What prices would i be looking at?

U got a good deal, on the parts alone. Unfortunately the block is scrap. Maybe find a good block, and use some of the parts u mentioned in that.Check the pistons, heads, connecting rods and rotating as'y for score marks, deep scratches, etc... G/L

Use the good parts, but since the block is scrap, you could turn it into a badass coffee table. I picked up a junk 305 block and am currently working on the same project
