Default 1999 Firebird

I was wondering if $4500 is a reasonable price for my 1999 Firebird 119,300 miles and a clear title. it's been for sale about maybe 2 months but still no reasonable offers. I have it posted on this site and craigslist. so it $4500 a good price?

I bought my 99 T/A for for $5500 with 95K miles on it. Not trying to be a dick, but I wouldn't pay $4500 for a 3.8 bird or camaro with 100k+ miles.

NADA clean retail is around $5000 and clean trade in is around $3500. These prices are for cars in excellent condition though, and nobody is going to pay retail.

Imo 3500 would be a good start and try to get 3k if it is in really good shape.

Is this the link for your ad??
https://ls1tech.com/forums/vehicle-c...rebird-v6.html

Providing info is mandatory, otherwise you are just getting guesses. You said the car is running excellent so that is a plus. It sure looks decent in the photo despite the clearcoat issues. What else is wrong with the car? Dents, dings, interior issues?? What is needed on the car right now? Tires OK? Details please.
Off-hand the car is probably priced too high if you have had no responses. Your lack of info is also a cause for the lack of calls. The stereo mention means zip when pricing a car.

there is no dents or dings except for a scrap on the front passenger side that was on there when i purchased the car. fairly new tires. maybe like 4-5 months old. the only interior issues is the crack in the door panels but thats it. nothing is really needed, that i know of at least.

Try $3,500. That should get the phone ringing if you freshen up your ad with details. Write about those almost new tires with x,xxx miles on them. Write about the interior being clean with no rips or stains (if accurate). Write about your maintenance schedule and what you have done. These are positives that help sell your car. If you honestly don't know things then leave them out, but I'm sure you can include some good features. GLWS!!

Thanks for the kind words Nightrydass.
I try my best to help other owners here without getting anyone too optimistic. It is tough sledding at times in this market.
