Default Good cam for these heads

Hey guys, I was able to pick up a pretty damn solid set of heads for an amazing price. My buddy ended up spinning a bearing in his engine and scrapped the whole thing for an LME 408. Anyway the heads have under 1,000 miles on them and I was wondering what a good grind would be ideal for being easily streetable and still sound/pull like a monster and what rod length would I have to go with?

The heads are... Absolute Speed Stage 2.5, 5.3L heads W/ Comp 977 springs 2.055- 1.575 valve's tit retainers all the good stuff! CNC'ed and hand finished

I will be doing injectors, no smaller than 42lb, pump, LS2 timing chain, an LS2 MAF, aforementioned rods, new gaskets, new bolts, etc.

EDIT: I was also told by someone that these springs might be a bit stiff for what I am trying to get out of it... Does that hold any water?

You're going to have to measure for the push rods to get the proper height, don't guess on them.

Get a pushrod length checker.
