Default Fox t56 guys question

Couldnt find a detailed thread anywhere on what to use, but i needed to know what slave cylinder you guys are using with the turbo coupe pedals. any information is appreciated Thanks.

I posted a picture for you in the ad I have. I was going to do what that guy did.
I was planning on useing stock fbody master and slave cylinder.

I would go with the slave cylinder from an F-body...or whatever donor vehicle you got it from as it is going to be matched to the hyd. throw out bearing. I haven't done that swap but I'm thinking you need to have about 1.5 inches of travel into the F-body slave cylinder if that makes sence. How you attach the shaft to the pedal determines the travel.

yeah it is starting to make sense. cause looking at the stock f body slave length it goes way past the nipple on the pedals so the shaft will need to be cut down some turnoffs again

I think the pic I posted is a sn95 car.The fox body may be different??? ( I think I got it from this site.Maybe the guy who did the swap will chime in with more info.)

Yes, it's definitely an SN95 car....different steering shaft, but the pedal layout is the same regardless. Sn95 cars are fox bodies too so most parts interchange.

I used a mcleod adjustable in mine. It was nice not having to cut and shorten the shaft of the master.
