Default quick spool valve question

Does anyone know who makes this? Trying to find out as much as I can about this. How well does this design work? Just bought it used. All the info I have is Bimba cylinder part#042-d. Mac valve 45a-aa1-ddba-1ba. I thought it was like a s.p. units. T6

I looked up their kit, and it does not look like that. Their kit looks like it uses a internal waste gate. This kit has a air cylinder of some sort. Is it a early model?

I'm not too familiar with them. I don't know of any other company making them. Someone else might know of somebody. I know a lot of people make "home-made" versions.

Yeah, I'm thinking this is one of them. It looks like a very nice design. But I don't know how well it works.

Any info on if this Bimba cylinder will hold the flap shut? I don't know enough info about these cylinders.

I know the micro switch controls how fast it opens. And connects to a Hobbs switch of my choice.
