What does this sound like to you? Posted this on performancetrucks.net. Not sure what it is yet havent messed with it. One of the members said broken piston. what do you think? 2003 Silverado 5.3 procharged 4l80e. To me it sounds like a chirp/chirp/chirp I also removed both belts to eleminate idlers ,tensioners or belt alignment.

Well tore it apart and found rollers on lifters pitted and also cam. Pistons had regular scuffing but one had a slight spot on skirt that looked flat but never really checked it.
