Default ls2 turbo sizing help please

I am fabbing a front mount single for my ls2 c6 m6. I need helping choosing the best all around street turbo for the car. I will be keeping stock internals with the exception of possibly adding thicker head gaskets. I am thinking of running a 62-67mm but I am unsure because I have never built my own kit before. Just wanting something that is a blast to drive. Also should I go ball bearing or journal bearing? Thanks for any fi wisdom!

A Precision 7675 .96 Ar would make great power on your LS2 and be easy to package in your vette.

I like that unit, but do you think that would be overkill on a stock motor? Do you have experience with this particular turbo?

I have one on my 5.3. I dont think its overkill at all. It wont stay stock for long anyway.

Haha that's what everyone has been telling me. I'm pretty set on keeping it stock engine unless some money shows up. What are you running for a wg

I had planned on using a jgs 50, what boost and power are you making on your 5.3
