Default PCV Check Valves

Where are you guys getting your PCV check valves? I found these on eBay. Mine would ideally have 3/8" hose barbs since that's the size of the PCV line I will be using.

McMaster Carr PN 7775K12 buna or 7775K52 vitron

Add a couple nylon 1/4 NPT to 3/8 hose barb fittings

I've had very good success with these as they crack open easy, completely seal when closed, and orifice is a good size slow the flow.

Will the 1/8 version flow enough? It just needs to flow more than the PCV valve. I already have some 1/8 NPT to 3/8 hose barb fittings.
