'06 CTS-V liam-neeson-throat-chops Audi Puppy Short version: Unknown audi with bov lines up against 06 V. V smokes him. Later finds out its 1.8t. Puppy smashing already done.
Long version: On the drive to work at around 9pm, I've got my cutouts open and I'm short shifting and just cutting thru traffic a bit and I hear this loud blow off valve go off and I see this audi to the side of me. Red light comes up, and he pulls beside me on the passenger side. I look over and he's lowering his window and looking at me so I lower mines. He says "Whats up bro?" in this tone that I could obviously read as an introduction to race. "I can hear the turbo you got", I said. He then nods and his friend in the backseat nods and smiles and they take off. I then floor it and put bus lengths on him by the time I'm into 3rd, and realize there's no point. I couldn't tell what it was originally because I was never behind it, but then I realized it must have been a B5 Audi A4 1.8t by the headlights and how slow it ran. They didn't pull back up with me, but I had to turn off either way. Not every 4cyl turbo is fast. LOL

Thanks LOL Otherwise he'd think he still had a chance to beat me after I slow up. The blow off valve was literally the only thing I heard from the car... that should have been hint enough to leave him alone, but the 'whats up bro' statement was funny to me. I thought he might have had something.

Probably not. All V2s i've seen 2nd hand go for 40k and up also. 45k seems to be the spot where they are all selling at. 40k are the higher mileage ones (70+k miles)

The look of disgust as a smaller "class" turbo car outruns their lux car makes for good times.
Youre just lucky he didnt have a particualar set of skills. Skills that he had acquired over a lengthy engineering process. Skils in which he may have hunted u down, open up the flood gates on his tuebo and put buses on u.
He may just upgrade his turbo, find u, and pull u....
