Default Most power/ fastest et with stock halfshaft/rear

Wondering what the most power possibly is without snapping something in the rear. Track time of course on slicks.

Can snap something on the rear with any power and grippy enough tires.. Street tires give the car that give on it's week stock components..

Stick or auto matter a lot too. The autos have a lot less launch shock

If I could get traction I'd have been in the 11s with my old setup and that 60'. Haven't gone with my new setup yet but expect to spin.

IMHO it's easy getting the power to do it. It's hard (especially with a stick) getting the launch to do it.

I did a 1.45 60' years ago on the stock stuff. It's all been replaced since but it was intact when I replaced it. Automatic of course...

Best ET was a 10.80. I ran a 10.34 later with another motor but I believe (not sure) I had replaced the half shafts & stubs by then.

I am a 6-speed, and still have my stock stuff. Best 60' is a 1.53ish, and best ET is 10.3 at 136
