I here that aftermarket spoilers never seat flush with the car. It will have a slight misalignment

I purchased an SS spoiler from some aftermarket company and believe me they fit like $h?t. Don't even bother you will just be dissapointed. Just like nikejr16 said they don't fit flush with the rear quarter panels one bit. Save some extra cash and buy an OEM spoiler. I got mine from a board member used for $250 and it fit perfectly. I still have the aftermarket one sitting in the box because I can't do anything it and I would feel bad if I sold that crap to someone else.

Actually I bought a SS spoiler from spoilerdepot and the fitment was perfect and the paint was an exact match. The only thing I didn't like was the hardware they provided, but that was easily fixed by running to the local Home Depot.

Once I ordered from them I had it at my doorstep 9 days later. Here are some pics I took when I fit it on my car :

I did end up selling the spoiler, not due to any problems but simply the fact that I got an even better deal on an OEM SS Spoiler and Hood. This is definitely a cost effective alternative if you don't mind aftermarket and the fact that the 3rd brake light is slightly smaller.
