Default Broken fuel injectors!?!? PIC INSIDE

So i recently purchased a set of fuel rails and injectors from a member and he said he took them directly off of his vehicle and had no trouble with them. Upon reecieving them i noticed they were missing a few orings~ no problem i would get some new ones anyways. Upon further inspection i noticed the clip on the bottom of the injector was missing, not only is it missing on one but it is either missing or broken on all 8 of the injectors! Please take a look at the pic and tell me if i can use the injectors or if i need to get some money back. THanks

With new O-rings you should be able to use the injectors, but the seller should have informed you about the condition of the injectors, and since they're all are like that I wouldn't want to attempt to run them if the way they were handled or stored looks obviously questionable.
I'd request a partial refund.

O'ring retainer.
How long have the injs been out of the car? If an extended time, they may be gummed up and won't perform correctly.
Have them cleaned and flow tested. Part of the cleaning is replacement of the wear items, including the rings and retainers.

I have used Mr. injector for injector parts including the screens.
http://www.mrinjectorparts.com I would always use new parts when installing injectors. Parts are really cheap.
