Default No Dash Lights or Turnover : BCM?

My car will not crank nor will any dash lights come on. I have previously bypassed VATS, checked the two fuse box's in the engine bay for blow fuses with no luck. The fuel pump primes, AC works, blinkers work, horn works, and radio comes on, but no dash lights nor turn over. BCM make since for not turning over, but does the dash lights along with it not turning over sound like it is the BCM?

From your description, it is unlikely that the BCM is the problem. For one, the dash illumination has nothing to do with the BCM. For another, the radio (and windows) get all their power from the BCM and you said that is working. Also, the VATS in the BCM controls both the starter relay and the fuel enable signal to the PCM and you said the fuel pump is priming so VATS is fine as well.

I suspect you have two separate problems. Check the IP DIMMER and TAIL LPS fuses in the dash fuse panel for your illumination problem. Check the starter relay for your cranking problem.

Ok, I check both the IP dimmer and the Tail LPS and both were good. I switch the relays out as well and still no luck..

Heres a video I took:

The GAUGES fuse has nothing to do with dash illumination... are you sure you didn't mean the warning lights weren't working?
