Default Catfish got its face ripped off...

Long story short my car was parked in the lot at my apartment complex and got backed over by a lifted Duramax while I was asleep. Luckily the security guard watched it happen and knows me, so I'm pretty sure the duramax guy's insurance will be footing the bill here. Anyway here are the pictures of the damage. Also if anyone has any ideas what to do as far as appearance mods for the rebuild please let me know! I can't decide between the sunoco normal or sunoco wide hood.

part that POS out.

Kidding, I'd get the sunoco hood for sure and replace the headlight with another whistler one. Black billet grills look good, cheap also.

Just have the holes filled for the grill, looks better with nothing there

So the ******* was just going to leave? Diesel *** needs to learn how to drive his monstrosity or get a smaller vehicle if he can't even navigate a parking lot.

I actually know the kid too and from what security told me he was thinking about just walking away. Pretty pissed about that. I've got a black billet grille already, luckily I took it off a week ago for some reason. I still can't decide if I want the wide or normal Sunoco, I wish they made an in between one. And I'm really liking those all black bls projectors.

Normal sunoco, holes filled, no grill with the "whistler" style headlights will look absolutely sick

Yeah I'd appreciate some better pics of those BLS projectors. And I think I'm actually leaning towards the wide sunoco hood, from what I can tell it fits the lines of the hood and bumper better.

I'll have to be the beginning of the week. Its a little too dark plus it is dirty (been driving it a lot), and I'll be busy all weekend. I'll try to remember to snap some for you however. Any particular angles you want?

Dead on front shot, a close up and like a side shot or something would be great.

I plan on fixing it, cars got a lot of sentimental value to me.

Well, just a small update. Insurance is messing with me pretty bad, trying to get me for about a grand less than my estimated repair cost. Guess we're going to have to fight it, unfortunate but i guess necessary at this point. I just want my car back

That's what your insurance is supposed to help you with is fight the other guy's to get the car fixed properly.

I hate it when they try to stiff you. It costs X to fix it the right way. No, Y doesn't cut it. No, I won't take the cheap job that won't fix it right. Enough to make your blood boil.

Sorry I haven't gotten you the pics yet.

Thats shitty man. And the kid tried to walk away AND he lives in your complex? good thing the security guy saw it.

Similar thing happened to me in a 7-11 parking lot. I was inside getting a slushy about to pay for slushy and I saw someone back into my Z28 then drive off all speedy. I dropped the slushy and chased him down for about 5 miles got his plate and called cops while still following him. He barreled through a group of kids playing in a subdivision as well and almost hit 2 kids. Cops eventually pulled him over and im assuming gave him wreckless plus hit and run. Lucky for me it was basicly no damage to the car just a big bumper scuff that buffed out.
