Is there much of a performance difference between going with the volant intake or the lid and cold air?

Pretty sure volant is also a cold air intake.... I think you're thinking of a ram air kit more specifically? In that case lid/ram air definitely. I've wondered if it's possible to do those two and also throw on a k&n or volant cai on there.

Yeah I was thinking ram air.. the one in front of the radiator. Why definitely? Its that much bigger gains over volant?
