#5 Cylinder NOT Firing

#5 Cylinder NOT Firing My car set-up is in my Signature!
All Cylinders firing except for #5!
I took my car to the track on the way there it started missing. I figured I had bad plug wires so I replaced the wires, no help! Next I check the #5 Plug figuring I fouled it, NOPE! It looked good but I replaced it anyway, no help! The injector seems to be getting a pulse but it could be acting up and either dumping too much fuel or no fuel, I dont know! The car misses and pops out of the tail pipe so that is why I figured I had a bad plug/wire! I took the valve cover off and there are no broken springs etc all "APPEARS" normal.
My next step is to get all of the injectors checked out since I dont know the history of the car but I was wondering if there are any tests I can do before they are sent out?
I am pretty sure the Optispark and ICM are good as I have only lost one cylinder.
Any ideas?
