Some times I push the throttle and zero happens. Other times it takes off like it should but often than not zero. I can put pedal all the way to floor and it very slowly accelerates. Any ideas I have cleaned throttle body and truck has 92k miles.

Does it act as if the throttle blade is sticking? Jerking after it unsticks?

It has done that a few times. That's why I cleaned the throttle body thinking that was the problem. But most of the time it's as if there is no connection then the blade just slowly opens.

No check engine light?
My 04 4.8 did the same thing...it needed knock sensors.
