Love how the the "scientist" says 15-16 years isn't a long enough time period. Yet they still cling to the hockey stick graph. Fkn amazing.

The earth warms and cools naturally. To think mankind doesn't affect it some is probably wrong. But the catastrophic stuff is total bullshit.
I'm going to give all my v8s a good rev for the hippies.

There are tons of studies that support each side of the argument. Some say were doomed if we don't change and others say we will be fine. However, the global warming debate has become way too political so it's hard to pick a logical side. To me, the politicians are more worried about where the money goes than possible affects of global warming.
The college war lords have shoved global warming down my throat. They taught me that we need to make big changes or else we are doomed. My stance on this debate switches almost daily because my gut feeling is telling me that our consumption of fossil fuels will not doom us. On the other side, shouldn't we change just to be on the safe side? Right or wrong, isn't that the most logical solution?
From what I have learned from engineering, there is always a solution to a problem. I think some genius Bill Gates mother ****** will come up will a way to repair our atmosphere if needed. Humans have been around for a long time because we are great at adapting to difficult situations. When our back, the human race, is against the wall, we always make it out alright. More than 50 years ago we learned how to control atoms to make a nuclear bomb because America was under threat. ****, America just sling shot a robot to Mars! I'm pretty sure we can fix our atmosphere if needed. We are smart enough to do anything. So until we perfect nuclear fusion using deuterium as a fuel, burn that cheap coal and oil.
