Default 228/232 .581/.581 on 114 cam whats your opinion
I did a search and did not find any info on this particular cam.
Will this cam work with .030 milled heads.

SHOULD be ok, as long as there is not a lot of advance ground in. Always check though.

It doesn't have any advance ground in.
What kind of numbers can I expect?
