Default Exhaust..Trying to come up with what I am going to buy, no tune.

Looking at getting Pacesetter long tubes with all emissions/egr/02 sensor hook ups.
Pacesetter ORY, no cat, no back 02 sensor. (no emissions tests here)
I would like to get a rear 02 sensor eliminator rather then dealing with a tune.

Would there be any other reason I would need to get a custom tune with just putting headers on?

I would highly recommend a tune, even if its a mail order tune. Tune will make you see extra power even stock, and gains will only increase the more mods you do.

I have race style pacesetters uncoated, and ory. Been on the car around 3 years.

I have obd1 and no rear 02s so i have no idea how the 02 sensor eliminators work, so cant help you out there.

If you get uncoated, make sure you repaint them. The factory paint on them is good for maybe 20-30 minutes.

Why get the smog hookups if you don't have emissions testing. Just get the race style since your going to ditch the cat anyways.

+2, you can have all the emissions tuned out with a mail order tune.

I want to keep as much of the stuff on the car as possible, just incase they bring back emissions testing, or I want to put it back to stock to sell, or whatever.

I'm just looking to see if anybody has done the full headers, and y pipe, and all that with no cat, and rear 02 simulator, and been ok driving the car and not had problems.
