Default Blowby?

What are some early warning signs of Blowby, if any?

Heard that when the oil dip stick pops out of it's place, it's a early warning sign of a blowby. Is this true or false?

I am not sure if Blowby on the LS-1 will cause the dipstick to pop out...
But that IS EXACTLY what happens on a DSM car when your rings are toasted. The Blowby condition causes excessive crankcase pressure and the dipstick will pop right out...
