question flexplate and brackets

question flexplate and brackets I thought I save a posting with this info but can't find it now that I need it 
I have a 1998 LS1 original out of a corvette and it is now going into a 1980 C3 corvette with a 200R4 tranny . When I got it the guy had it on a airboat and had already trashed all the accessory brackets but believe it has the GM flex plate adapter .
Questions:
1) What is the correct part umber for the Dished flex-plate I need so I can look up for the best price and correct flex-plate?
2) I believe the F-body style is what is normally used for this swap but not having luck finding them, so the question is what other style engine accessory brackets will work ? for example a lsx truck engine or ????
