Default Garage installed 2in valves on 706's

So im giving this a shot, Not spending a dime on it, Had the heads and the valves and the lapping compound so why not?

So far, with my valve spring installed I filled the intake bowl with alcohol and it didn't leak a drop, so thats a good sign right?

I'll need to deshroud the intake side, not a big deal.. But doing this will increase the chamber size won't it?

some pics, thoughts?

Pointless. You need a valvejob to realize the benefits of a larger valve.

I bet that makes less power.

Your just putting a BIGGER restriction in the way of the same size hole.

Yep. Throat size and seat size are not increasing. The seat needs to be cut for the larger valve and back cut into the port.

My money is on you losing power.
