Default WTB: air lid setup or sleeve between lid and MAF

I have an airlid for my car, but the little sleeve between the lid and the MAF is missing so there is no way for me to seal it. I can probably rig something up, but I don't want it to look all fugly.

Anyone have anything lying around?

Yes. the part at the bottom, the big round band clamp and that rubber gasket/grommet that it goes around.
